Mild anxiety management:-

My hypnotherapy session with Sadie has been very helpful.  Sadie makes me feel at ease and tailored the session to help me with what I had asked to focus on.  During the session, Sadie had a very calm and reassuring tone of voice which helped me to immediately relax and stay relaxed.  The session lasted between 30 to 40 minutes which was a perfect amount of time for my benefit.  Sadie's sessions have been extremely helpful in helping me navigate through anxiety and stress I had been experiencing in various areas of my life and has helped me to feel more positive and mentally healthy within myself.

Weight Management:- 

I have noticed huge changes since starting hypnotherapy for weightloss with Sadie. Today is 3 weeks since having my normal go to sugar dense products. I’m seeing the bright colours of fruit and that’s now crossing over to wanting to cook from scratch and ditch some ready bought sauces etc. I’ve not weighed myself but I feel so in control, so much healthier, more agile, less sluggish and no aches and pains. I'm picturing myself in my jeans, visualising getting into them.

I have been having hypnotherapy with Sadie for a few months now. I began predominantly for weight loss and I have lost 2.5 stones so far. Relaxation:-

My first experience of hypnosis was with Sadie, and I felt in such safe hands. Handing over your subconscious is a scary thing but Sadie instantly put me at ease and spent time getting to know me to get the most from our sessions together. Each session was well planned, and utterly relaxing. It was easy to let everything go in the sessions and continue to feel the benefits afterwards. I loved taking time just for me and now whenever I see Sadie I am instantly relaxed :-) Thank you for all your help xxx
